JAMMU, Oct 12: National Secular Forum (NSF) today framed its unit at Jammu University.
Chiman Singh was appointed as president, while, Jagmohan Singh as working president. Nitin Chandel was appointed as Chairman, while, Sanjeev Sharma as vice-chairman, Mohd Maqeem Ansari as convener, Rajesh Kumar as co-convener, Hardeep Kumar as spokesman and Vimal Singh as senior vice president.
Parveen Kumar and Nitin Salgotra was appointed as general secretaries, Tanveer Mirza, Anju Devi, Balvinder Singh and Resham Singh as vice-presidents, Koushir Hameed, Faraz Khan, Abhishak Sharma, and Rahul Sharma as secretaries, Sahil Sharma as press-secretary and Parwaz Khan as cashier and Murtaza Iqbal as publicity secretary.
Asif Ali, Jaipal Singh Jamwal, Gourav Singh Slathia, Gurmeet Singh, Manju Devi, Sarabjit Kour, Abroof Bhatt, Pooja Bakshi, Vishal Kumar, Akhil Sharma, Chetan, Krishan Saini, Mohd Arshid and Vinod were elected as members.
The unit was elected under the supervision of Dr Vikas Sharma, State president, NSF.
