NUF provides wheel-chairs to Jammu Railway Station

JAMMU, Aug 28:  In furtherance of its social responsibility the National United Front, a Registered NGO, organized a function at Platform Number 1, Railway Station Jammu, outside the office premises of Station Manager, Railway Station Jammu today.
The chief patron of the National United Front Vijay Mahajan in presence of all the members of the NUF and several reputed dignitaries handed over three wheel-chairs to Senior DTM Railways Jammu Division  R N Meena.
The wheel-chairs were provided by the NUF to Railway Station keeping in view the hardships being confronted by the aged and physically challenged as also other passengers who are unable to move on their own for obvious reasons while arriving at or departing from the Railway Station.
It may be recalled that earlier also the National United Front had provided wheel chairs to Railway Station Jammu as also to Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar Jammu besides holding a free medical check-up camps at I R Clinic at Janipur Jammu.
The occasion was graced among others by the president Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Rakesh Mahajan, Joint Director J&K SRTC, R S Jamwal, Station Superintendant, Ashwani Kumar and members of National United front including chairman Anil Sharma, General secretary Sanjay Sharma, treasurer Bharat Bhushan, Nagar Mal Chargotra, Sudhir Ganjoo, Ajay Langer, Shashi Sapolia, U K Handoo etc.
