JAMMU, Dec 16: Ek Sath Rang Mandal today presented Nukad play ‘Nasha Nahi Sahi’ at Masjid Gali, Surankot.
The play was based on warning and precautions for youth and their parents.
Shami, a teen one night becomes panic and cries for help. His parents were unable to understand all this and immediately rushed him to hospital where he cried for medicine which can give him rest.
Doctors declare that he is in grip of drugs and must be treated immediately.
They also said that temporary treatment can be given to Shami but ultimately he has to be admitted at some Rehabilitation Centre.
Shami’s father is a social worker and has respect in the society but he decides to start war type awareness for the younger generation.
Jeba Sajid, costume designer and Producer of Mumbai Film Industry was the chief guest on the occasion along other prominent personalities Shahid Kazami, Film Director and Mohsin Bhat, Executive Producer.
Actors who acted in the play were Uadi Bhat, Nida, Tariq, Imtiyaz, Kasif Kazmi, Danish Gujjar, Sohil Kazami, Asad Kazami, Rakesh Dogra, Sanjay Kumar, Ishant Raza, Nek Ram, Rahul Dev, Raja Sarfraj, Sresh Singh, Mohd. Riyasat and Vijay Malla.
The play was written and directed by Vijay Malla.
