MAHORE, Mar 24: District Administration Reasi organized election awareness programme under which Nukkad Natak ‘Aao Vote Karen Sab’ was staged today at Mahore by Sangam Theatre Group.
SDM Mahore, Mazhair Hussain Shah was chief guest while other officers, students, locals, senior citizens and general public watched the Nukkad Natak.
Artists who performed in the play were Anil Kumar, Nia Chouhan, Raja Aamir Khan, Sarita Bhagat, Aasim Nadeem, Anamika Devi, Priya Kumari, Anu Devi and Nidhi Singh Thakur and the play was written and directed by M. Akram Khan.
Artist in the Nukkad Natak stressed on new voters in the age of 18 years for more and more participation in voting process by registering themselves to cast their vote properly in fair and ethical manner in upcoming election in district Reasi.
SDM and audience appreciated the efforts made by the artists of Sangam Theatre Group Reasi as well as by the DC Reasi for presenting such type of Nukkad Natak for awareness of young voters.
