JAMMU, Jan 14: ‘Ek Saath Rang Mandal’ here today presented new progressive Nukkad play ‘Dasha Aur Disha’.
The play opens with a group of young people worried to see violence erupted buy certain unavoidable circumstances among the student community.
They request a senior citizen to explain his views on present day scenario on ‘Disha Aur Dasha’ and the elder in turn explains that violence is not a solution for any problem.
He further says that many great people like Kabir, Guru Nanak, Tulsi Dass, Surdaas etc have preached to live in peace.
The elder also says that Mahatma Goutam Buddha has given a strong message of non-violence to the entire world while another great soul Raja Ram Mohan Roy revolted against Sati Pratha and made many reforms in the society.
Actors who performed in the play were Happy Gupta, Dr. Ripu Daman Parihar, Raju Mad, Ashok Sharma, Tariq Khan, Shallee, Kavita, Angel Samreena Jan, Ketan Raj Sharma, Manish Raina, Ujwal, Udit Sagar and Vijay Malla.
The play was Written and Directed by Vijay Malla.
