JAMMU, Apr 5: Eksath Rangmandal staged nukkad play ‘Hamari Zimeydaari’ under its 411th Monday Theatre Series at Pakka Talab JDA Park Rehari, here today.
Nukkad play was based on interaction with all age group of people who should realise their responsibilities towards elders and their parents.
During the play, the artists interacted with the audience through their dialogues and aware them about their responsibilities towards elders, parents and specially abled persons. “Elders are not at our liabilities. It is collectively as well as individual responsibility of every citizen,” the artists narrated during the play.
Our elders who are almost in the last phase of their life, they need love, company and respect from their children. “Why we dislike their suggestive measures, their thinking even sometimes their presence and existence,” they questioned the audience.
Kalli Singh, Charanjeet Singh, Rangeesh Sharma, Nikhilesh Sharma, Tarsem Lal, Mintu, Papu, Annu, Sonu, Kamal and Vijay Malla were among the actors who performed during the play.
