JAMMU, Sept 29: Nationalist Youth Congress (NYC) organized one-day conclave on youth related issues under the chairmanship of its State president Gourav Kapoor.
During the conclave, many issues concerning the youth of the State, their positive role to be played and other issues were discussed in detail by the NYC leaders.
While speaking, Gourav Kapoor said that some of the leaders of the State are creating lot of confusion among the youth.
He said that at the time of communal riots or militancy related incidents, Government makes excuses of shortage of security personnel as the same are deployed on the duties of Ministers, political workers, etc.
Among others, who spoke were Tariq Naar, general secretary, RC Bali, district president, Surinder Singh Choudhary, Lovely Sharma, Deepak Kumar, Vijay Kohli, Sanjeev Manhas, ward presidents.
