NZCC, MSBM Trust organize painting camp

JAMMU, Oct 19: North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala and Master Sansar Chand Baru Memorial Trust, Jammu  organised a national art camp for the artists from northern India at Lalit Kala Art Gallery, Gaiety Theatre, Shimla.
The five-day painting/ art camp which was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor of  HP University, Shimla Prof ADN Vajpai, concluded on Sunday. SSP Shimla, Khushal Sharma was the chief guest while Director Airport Authority, Parvinder  Tiwari was the guest of honour. Director NZCC, Patiala Dr R S Gill was also present on the occasion besides other art lovers of the area.
A total 15 artists of national repute from northern states including Delhi, J&K, Punjab and Himachal participated in this national art camp. The camp was supported by Lalit Kala Akademi Delhi and Department of Languages, Art and Culture, Govt of Himachal Pardesh.
