KARGIL, Oct 22: Executive Councillors (ECs) of 5th Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil were sworn in today at Conference Hall, Baroo (Kargil) in a ceremony organized by Election Authority.

Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kargil, Iqbal Ahmed Masoodi administered oath of secrecy to Agha Syed Mujtaba Mussavi, Punchok Tashi, Kacho Mohammad Feroz and Zakir Hussain who were made part of Executive Council of 5th LAHDC Kargil through order issued on 21st October by Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon.
