JAMMU, July 14: Jammu and Kashmir OBC Welfare Forum in a meeting at Srinagar today deliberated upon various issues confronting to OBCs of the J&K.
The meeting urged the State Commission for Backward Classes (SCBC) to settle the pending problems of all castes, their pending representation at SCBC and immediate redressal of their grievances.
The meeting was of the opinion that steps needed to be taken to strengthen the Forum and it urged on the rank and file to remain united to fight for the rights of Backward classes people in the UT.
