OBCs could not get justice even after abrogation of 370: AIBCU

JAMMU, May 7: The J&K Government being anti-OBC made unconstitutional reservation quotas with only four percent to the OBCs (called OSCs ) against their due share of 27% even after the abrogation of Article 370.
All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) in a statement issued here today said that a false propaganda started from within the Parliament making statements in favour of OBCs terming the abrogation more beneficiaries for OBCs while the Bill for abrogation was being passed to grant more reservations to the upper castes by protecting the reservation Act of 2004 in the same Bill.
It said the reservation so granted @4% instead of 27% was a big treachery which did not stop there only but a treachery within treachery was made with some other intention by the BJP Government and so while issuing the roaster of 100 seats only three seats were mentioned .
When the AIBCU opposed it on May 5 , the Social Welfare Department issued a new roaster with the addition of another seat at 42th place making 4% reservation as per the Government orders. So UT Government had to yield for its wrong doings to the OBCs of the Jammu and Kashmir. However the Union while rejecting all this reiterated its demand for grant of 27 percent reservation to the OBCs as per Mandal Commission recommendations.
