SRINAGAR, Nov 2: The administration in Ganderbal has directed the concerned officers to ensure quality disposal of all the grievances addressed to them.
In this regard, the Deputy Commissioner of the district through a circular has stated that it has been observed in the recent ‘Awaam Ki Awaz’ that some issues of ‘IGRAMS’ came to the fore, where, it said, Action Taken Reports are not uploaded on the Portal.
“Also it has been evaluated at Secretariat level…and has been found that the grievance has been disposed of by the concerned department as per Portal report, but the complainant has shown displeasure/ dissatisfaction with the reply,” DC said.
Now to make quality disposal of all those grievances, the Deputy Commissioner said, it is impressed upon all District/ Sectoral Officers to make every effort to dispose-off the grievance to the satisfaction of the complainant and mention satisfaction/ dissatisfaction.
“All the necessary actions need to be taken so that the concerned department is in a position to defend their disposal as and when required. Further, it shall be ensured by the concerned department that the reply is to be completed in all respects.”
