JAMMU, Dec 10: The UT Government today designated Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Additional Commi-ssioner, Kashmir and Assistant Commissioner, Kashmir (Central), besides the District Magistrate as competent authority to issue requisite orders, notices for action of migrant land , within their respective jurisdiction.
The order was issued by the Government under Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Immovable Property (Prevention, Protection and Restraint on Distress Sales) Act 1997.
