Srinagar, June 9: An Over Ground Worker of militants was arrested from Singapora area of Sopore in North Kashmir district of Baramulla today.
Police said that on a specific information, cops along with 29 RR of Army and 176 CRPF apprehended an OGW Farooq Ahmed Malik son of Ghulam Hassan Malik of Singapore today.
The police official said some incriminating documents besides arms and ammunition were recovered from his possession.
Police have registered a case and investigation is going on.
The official said that during questioning he revealed that he was given task to target security forces on National Highway, besides providing logistics to LeT militants.
