JAMMU, Jan 17: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) has reiterated its unwavering commitment to addressing the concerns of the youth and ensuring their empowerment.
Addressing a meeting with newly joined youth at NC Bhawan in Jammu, senior party leaders Ajay Sadhotra and Rattan Lal Gupta highlighted the increasing unemployment rates in the region and underscored the need for a robust policy framework to generate job opportunities for the youth.
“The National Conference Government, led by Omar Abdullah, remains committed to creating employment avenues and ensuring sustainable development for the youth of Jammu and Kashmir,” they said
They expressed concern over the previous administration’s neglect of youth-focused initiatives. “During the past decade, the youth of our region faced immense challenges, and funds meant for their welfare were not utilized effectively.
