SRINAGAR, Sept 17: National Conference (NC) vice president, Omar Abdullah today presided over a meeting of Party’s central zone functionaries here.
This meeting was last in the series of the zone meetings in Kashmir province presided over by Omar Abdullah in the last fortnight.
NC general secretary, Ali Muhammad Sagar; provincial president, Nasir Aslam Wani; senior leaders—Abdul Rahim Rather, Mian Altaf Ahmed, Mubarak Gul and other were also present on the occasion.
During the meeting, NC functionaries gave their feedback to Party vice president on prevailing situation in their respective constituencies.
The meeting was also marked by threadbare discussions on Party affairs.
Interacting with NC functionaries, Omar said that such meetings are always helpful in getting useful and constructive feedback from the Party functionaries.
