JAMMU, July 20: Miran Sahib police today arrested a man for black marketing of LPG cylinders and seized 63 cylinders from his possession.
According to a police spokesman, on specific input Miran Sahib police tonight conducted a raid at the house of one Yashpal son of Sagarmal, resident of Darsupur (Miran Sahib) and seized 63 LPG cylinders of various companies like HP and Bharat Gas, which he had stocked for illegal sale.
“The man was arrested on the spot and the all the 63 cylinders seized”, the spokesman said, adding a case in this connection was registered at police station Miran Sahib and further investigations were underway.
The arrest was made by a police team led by SHO Miran Sahib, Inspector Hillal Azhar.
