JAMMU, May 23: Police today arrested a person with eight bottles of illicit liquor in Arnia area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, the accused have been identified as Balbir Raj son of Girdhari Lal, a resident of Devigarh falling under the jurisdiction of police station Arnia.
In this connection, a case FIR No 29/2015 u/s 48-A Excise Act, has been registered at police station Arnia.
The arrest and recovery was made by a police team of Arnia police station led by SHO, Inspector Jatinder Samyal.
