Srinagar, Apr 10: Two women today attempted suicide by consuming poison across the Valley.
A police spokesman said a woman of Rawathpora, Tangmarg, who was undergoing treatment at SMHS Hospital for consuming poison at her home earlier this week, died today.
Another woman of Bunjar Basti, Gutli Bagh, also consumed poison at her home in Ganderbal district. She was shifted to Sub District Hospital Ganderbal for treatment, the spokesman said, adding police has registered cases.
