RAMBAN, Aug 5: Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parshad (ABVP) organized one-day district Abhyas Vargh in Ukhral district in which large number of students from different areas of Ramban participated.
The motive behind this Vargh was to expand the work of ABVP in Ramban and to prepare students for good leadership and make them aware about their problems. On the occasion, ABVP declared city unit in which Dilhar Singh was elected as district president, Gurdeep Singh as secretary, Rangail Singh and Ashish Anthal as vice presidents and Diljeet Singh, Mohinder Singh and Anup Singh elected as joint secretaries.
The district executive members included Pavinder Singh, Kuljeet Singh, Nasib Singh, Suresh Singh, Anchal Singh and Zia-ur-Rehman.
A rally was taken out by ABVP and they also highlighted the demands faced by the students.
