UDHAMPUR, July 22: One person died and four others were injured in different road accidents, here today.
According to the reports, one person died and his daughter was injured when an Alto car, they were traveling in from Jammu to Batote, was hit by a bus JK14C-4589 near Malad Morh. The deceased was identified as Ajit Singh (55), son of Janak Singh of Batote. His daughter, identified as 20 year old Khushi, was admitted in hospital.
In another road accident, a Motorcycle was hit by CRPF vehicle near Saplai Morh, resulting into injuries to the motorcyclist and his pillion rider, identified as Deep Chand (25), son of Veer Singh of Katra and Vijay Sharma (24), son of Rattan Lal of Panthal.
Meanwhile, a female pedestrian was hit by a Scooty at Chigli Chowri near Shiv Temple, Ramnagar. The injured pedestrian was identified as Bimla Devi (50), wife of Anant Ram of Kheen Ramnagar.
