SAMBA, June 7: One person was died today in a road mishap while two others hanged themselves to death in different areas of the district.
According to the reports, a man identified as Randhir Kumar, resident of Bihar (at present living in Teli Basti, Bari Brahmana, Samba) was hit and seriously injured by an unknown vehicle in Bari Brahmana area. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Meanwhile, a 65-year-old man identified as Hamid Hussain son of Shah Mohammad was found hanging at his residence in Meena Charka area of Bari Brahmana after his body was shifted to mortuary room of a local hospital.
Another man namely Sanjay Choudhary (33) son of Jagdish Choudhary, resident of Ward Number 12 (Vijaypur, Samba), was found hanging at his residence. The body of the deceased was shifted to Accidental Hospital Vijaypur for legal formalities.
In all three cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance.
