KATHUA, Jan 5: A male person was found dead in mysterious circumstances at Dayalachack this morning. The local people found the dead body lying in front of a shop in mysterious circumstances.
A police team reached on the spot and shifted the body to Hiranagar Hospital. In first report the dead person was not identified but after spreading the message to nearby districts, Hiranagar police came to know the identity of dead person as Ram Dass resident of village Khoon, Jakhnoo in Majalta district Udhampur. Police started further investigation into the matter.
Whereas in another incident a man was injured at Bani after the car he was driving skidded off the road and fell into a gorge on Bani road. The driver of car had a narrow escape. He however has been injured and admitted in Bani hospital.
The accident took place when the car driver Dilak Raj of Kanthal Bani lost control over the car bearing registration number JK08H-3037 near Nanghamore. The car was fully damaged and fell into Sewa river. The driver was injured and has been shifted to CHC Bani for specialized treatment. Police registered a case into the matter.
