BHADERWAH, Oct 27: Police today arrested a man with illicit liquor from Bhaderwah.
“The accused identified as Daleep Kumar Bhagat son of Krishan Chand Bhagat, a resident of Paindku, Bhallra, who was running a dhaba at Dugga, Chinta, Bhaderwah, was apprehended with 38 nips of country made liquor by Bhaderwah police”, a police spokesman said.
“In this regard, a case FIR no 127/16 under Section 48A Excise Act stands registered at police station Bhaderwah”, he further said, adding, the arrest was made by a police team headed by Inspector Jatinder Sambyal, SHO, police station Bhadarwah.
