UDHAMPUR, July 6: Police here today arrested a man with 13200 banned capsules.
A police party from Police Post Roundomail led by PSI Akhilesh Khajuria under the supervision of Dy.SP Headquarter, Sahil Mahajan while on a patrolling duty noticed suspicious moment of a suspect who tried to flee after seeing cops but the cops chased and overpowered him.
During his search police found 13200 psychotropic capsules and he was arrested on the spot.
The accused has been identified as Parshotam Singh son of Karan Singh of Jaganoo, Udhampur and a case under relevant sections of the law was registered at Police Station Udhampur against him and further investigation is going on.
The arrest was made under the supervision of SSP Udhampur Dr Vinod Kumar.
