JAMMU, Jan 8: Sidhra Police today recovered 14 grams of heroin and one sharp edged weapon from a drug peddler.
The recovery was made by a team of Police Post Sidhra at Batra Chowk from an accused who was on his way from Narwal towards Sidhra on a vehicle (bearing registration number JK02BS-9310). The accused identified as Javaid Ahmed alias Lambar son of Abdul Ghani and resident of Dwara Majeen, was arrested on the spot
In this connection, a case FIR Number 09/2023 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act and 4/25 Arms Act was registered at Police Station Nagrota and further investigation started.
