JAMMU, June 8: A man was injured today in an assault case in Bishnah area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, two real brothers identified as Mithun Kumar and Vipan Kumar sons of Om Prakash, resident of Phinder (Bishnah) thrashed a man identified as Jagdish Raj, son of Sant Ram, resident of Phinder, over some minor issue.
In the attack, Jagdish received minor injuries. He was taken to Sub District Hospital, Bishnah, where after providing first aid he was discharged.
On the complaint of the victim, Bishnah police has registered a case under FIR No 66/2016 against the two accused brothers.
