SAMBA, June 22: One person was injured in an assault case at Dollian area of Bari Brahmana in district Samba today.
According to reports, one person namely Sunil Kumar, son of Kuldep Raj resident of Ward No 8, Dollian area of Bari Brahmana came to Bari Brahmana Police Station and stated that on June 21during the intervening night at around 9 pm he was coming towards his home from market, suddenly three persons namely Vinod Kumar, son of Paraph Kumar, Suresh Kumar, son of Paraph Kumar and Muna son of Suresh Kumar all residents of Dollian Bari Barhmana started beating him with fist and blows and later pelted a brick on his neck as a result he was injured.
After recording his statement, police registered a FIR against the three person under FIR No 130/2020 U/s 341, 323 IPC and started investigation.
