One killed, 12 injured in road accidents

SRINAGAR, Nov 20: One person died and 12 others were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
Reports said that a Tavera bearing registration number JK05B/8012 collided with a Tipper bearing registration number JK05C/0162 at Tapper-Pattan, resulting in on spot death of Jagjeet Singh, son of Gurmohan Singh, resident of Kupwara and injuries to other two passengers boarding the Tavera. The body of deceased was handed over to his next of kin for last rites and injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
A Tipper bearing registration number JK02C/7458 collided with a Tavera bearing registration number JK03C/4792 at Kachakoot-Awantipora, resulting in injuries to five passengers. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
A Ritz car bearing registration number JK05B/3772 and Tavera bearing registration number JK01Q/3008 collided near Police Station Chari Sharif, Budgam, resulting in injuries to three persons boarding the Ritz. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
A Xylo car bearing registration number PB01A/2289 hit and injured a nine year old girl Nakeena Daughter of Mohammad Shafi Sidura, resident of Razen-Gund, Ganderbal. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
A truck bearing registration numberJK03A/6832 collided with a Tata Mobile near Police Public School Bemina, resulting in injuries to truck conductor. The injured was shifted to JVC Hospital for treatment.
