SAMBA, Nov 13: One person was killed while two others were injured in two separate road accidents in Samba district since late last night.
According to police a motor cycle bearing registration number JK21 A-8512 rolled down at Daboh Samba resulting into death of one person and injury to another.
The dead was identified as Sumit Singh,22, S/o Sham Singh, R/o Ghagwal. Another person was injured and he has been identified as Daljit Singh, 23, S/o Nagar Singh R/o Ghagwal. He was also taken to DH Samba where from doctors referred him to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment. Ghagwal Police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law.
In another accident a motor cycle bearing registration number JK31 A3928 rolled down near police Naka Rakha resulting into injury of motorcyclist. He was identified as Balbir Kumar S/o Om Parkash R/o Rakha. He was shifted to DH Samba where from doctors also referred him to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment.
Samba police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law.
