SAMBA, Mar 5: One person died while three others were injured when a Alto K10 car which was on its way from Kathua to Jammu collided with a matador at Vijaypur today.
According to reports Alto K 10 car bearing number JK02AR-5178 which was on its way from Kathua to Jammu collided with a stationary matador bearing Number JK14A-3466 at Vijaypur today resulting into the death of one person and injury to three others.
The deceased was identified as Vaishno Dass, 80, son of Karan Chand of Rampura Jammu while the injured were identified as Sudershana Sharma ,50, wife of Yash Paul Sharma of Resham Garh, Jammu, Yash Paul Sharma, 53, son of Kaka Ram of Resham Garh, Rewa Sharma, 46 wife of Sudershan Sharma also of Resham Garh Jammu.
The police team led by SDPO S S Sambyal and SHO Vijaypur Ajay Bandral reached the spot and shifted the injured to Emergency Hospital Vijaypur where Vaishno Dass was declared brought dead. The critically injured where referred to GMC, Jammu for treatment and their condition is sated to be serious.
