JAMMU, Oct 20: A man was killed while four others were injured today in a road mishap in Bagh-e-Bahu area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a youth identified as Vishul Gupta son of Anchal Gupta, resident of Channi Himmat, was killed on the spot while three of his companions got serious injuries when a car which he was driving, rammed into a truck from behind near Environmental Park in Bagh-e-Bahu area.
He said that the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment while the dead body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for post mortem.
A case in this connection was registered at police station Bagh-e-Bahu and investigations were underway.
