One killed, 6 hurt in Tavera-truck collision

PAMPORE, Dec 30: One person Asif Ahmad Guru, son of Abdul Rashid Guru resident of Sumburbug Panthachowk, Srinagar died onspot and six persons injured critically in a collision between Tavera bearing registration number JK13B-3552 & Truck bearing number JK13-6568 at Sempora National Highway near JKEDI in Pulwama district.
Injured persons have been identified as Nazir Ahmad Ganie, son of Ghulam Hassan resident of Yasoo Qazigund, Ferooz Ahmad Mir, son of Ghulam Mohd resident of Behama Ganderbal, Ferooz Ahmad Wani, son of Shafiq Ah R/o Bijnour Uttar Pardesh (UP), Abdul Qasim Shah son of Habibullah resident of Charsoo Awantipora, Ghulam Mohiud Din Mir son of Abdul Rashid resident of Shali Kadal Srinagar and Abdul Rashid Guru, son of Abdul Rehman resident of Sumburbugh Panthachowk were shifted to Sub District Hospital Pampore for treatment, and three of them namely Nazir Ahmad Ganie, Ferooz Ahmad Wani and Feroz Ahmad Wani were referred to SKIMS Soura in critical condition.
