SRINAGAR, Oct 2: One person was killed and 9 others injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
Police official said a scooterist was killed when his Scooter bearing chasis number 007298153 collided with a Horse Cart at Dolipora crossing in Baramulla district.
Police said the deceased has been identified as Bilal Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Samad of Dolipora, Baramulla.
Five passengers were injured in Kupwara district after a Tipper JK01P/1832 hit a Tata Sumo JK019/6490 at Hanjipora, Trehgam. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment, police said.
A pedestrian, Reshma wife Mongyat was injured when he was hit by a motorcycle JK13/4974 at Larnoo in Anantnag district. The injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment.
Three persons riding on a motorcycle were injured in a collision between a tipper JK13A/8033 and a motorcycle JK13C/2149 on National Highway near Charsoo in Pulwama district, police said.
