UDHAMPUR, Aug 30: A passenger was killed while a driver was injured when the load carrier they were traveling in rolled down into gorge near Ladda area, a police official said.
The deceased was identified as Prem Singh, son of Kripa, a resident of Ladda (B) while the injured was identified as driver Lal Singh (35), son of Puran Singh of Ladda (B).
The injured was initially shifted to PHC Moungari and was later referred to District Hospital Udhampur for specialized treatment.
Pancheri Police registered the case and investigation started.
