SRINAGAR, Apr 25: A person was killed while five others were injured in three separate road accidents in North Kashmir.
A police spokesman said a Maruti car bearing registration number JK05D-2363 met with an accident near Arampora Drugmulla in Kupwara district, resulting in injuries to four persons. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
The spokesman said a tipper bearing registration number JK03C-3286 hit a Scooty bearing Chassis number DGT347781 at Darzipora village of Kupwara district, resulting in on spot death of Scooty rider identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Payer.
The spokesman said that a Tipper bearing registration number JK15-3522 hit a motorcycle bearing registration number JK05A-8651 at Pazalpora Matrigam in Bandipora district, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist. The injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment and the police was investigating the cases.
