SRINAGAR: One person killed and two others were injured on Sunday in a road accident in north Kashmir district of Baramulla.
Official sources said a speeding tipper turned turtle at Kunzar in Baramulla, resulting in injuries to three persons onboard. ”The injured were immediately taken to a local hospital where one of them succumbed,” they said, adding the other two have been rushed to a hospital in Srinagar in a critical condition.
They said the deceased has been identified as Ishfarq Ahmad. After completing all the legal and medical formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites. (AGENCIES)
