JAMMU, July 26: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ranjodh Singh Nalwa today stated that only Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is committed for the welfare of the Sikh community.
Addressing a gathering of minority Sikh community members in the ongoing “Tridev Sammelan” at Vijaypur, Nalwa said that Congress’ history of atrocities can never be forgotten.
“And neither the NC nor the PDP has ever bothered to look into the issues of the Sikh community to uplift them,” he said, adding, “It is only the BJP that favoured the community interests after gaining power.”
He said under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has touched new heights.
“During the pandemic period, Indian vaccination not only benefitted the natives but also many foreign countries,” Nalwa said.
He requested the Sikh community members to gear up for the upcoming Assembly elections and give a fitting reply to Congress and its allies.
