JAMMU, Oct 31: The people are fed-up with misrule of proxy Government of BJP in Jammu and Kashmir and it only the Congress party which can provide justice to the people. This was stated by Taranjit Singh Tony, General Secretary of J&K PCC and DDC Suchetgarh here today.
Tony was speaking at a joining programme in which prominent people of RS Pura joined the party fold in presence of Corporator Tirath Singh, senior Congress leader of RS Pura and other party workers at Ward No 10 in RS Pura.
Addressing to the people, Tony said that people are not only fed with the anti-people policies of BJP at the centre but are also exhausted by BJP’s proxy government in J&K, which is directionless and doing experimentation day in day out on people as if they are ‘herd of animals’.
He asserted that today the whole Jammu and Kashmir celebrated this day as Black Day as the BJP has done biggest sin by snatching away the status of state from the people of Jammu, Kashmir and even Ladakh and it is only the Congress party which can restore the statehood of J&K without any excuse or political tantrum.
Tony stated that the people of Jammu and Kashmir will show the door to BJP as it has crossed all the limits of exploiting the common man over the pointless issues of communal, regional, lingual and other kind of divisive agenda.
On the occasion many people joined the party fold included Krishan Lehria, ACD Retd., Rampal Tehsildar Retd, Ashok Kumar, Tirath Singh from Azad Congress, Puran Chand and Anil Lehria.
