JAMMU, Mar 27: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray J&K unit has urged the Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu to instruct opening of all the essential commodities’ shops in J&K from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. In a handout Shiv Sena J&K president, Manish Sahni said, it is very important to increase the working hours of these shops to avoid overcrowding at such shops.
He also demanded opening of shops of wholesalers for supply of essential items so that public does not get panic about lack of such items.
Sahni said that most shops are closed in wholesale market of Ware House and Kanak Mandi due to which there is a fear about lack of such commodities.
The Shiv Sena leader urged upon the public to remain at home in this hour of crisis.
