Election Commission of India has allowed a gathering of 1000 persons in a Hall for campaigning in five state elections. This means Covid-19 can not affect the 1000 gathering at a time. So far as class room strength in an educational institution is concerned, it does not go more than 50 to 60, it inter-alia means we can start off line classes which have been closed since two years.
One thousand gathering means a total gathering of an educational institution which is generally less than 1000. So keeping in view the set criterion by the Election Commission of India, all educational institutions must be opened to save the children both from physical and mental disability due to long closing of institutions.
The other option can also be adopted to continue the schooling which can be described as under:
If the Govt is very serious over the care of children to keep them away from virus, let there be off line schooling by dividing the class into two and teach them on alternate days, atleast the children will come in to attend their educational institutions.
We can not debar the students from receiving education and it too becomes the foremost duty of the State/ Center Govts to allow the education for the children who could be good citizens in the future to run this country .
