CHANDIGARH, Sept 2: Making a scathing attack on opposition parties BJP national general secretary, Tarun Chugh today said that the so-called India conclave is a fake get together which has no development agenda and only believes in aiming shots at Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Maintaining that group has no firm ideology and it has just come together against PM, Narendra Modi Chugh said the group will soon collapse as there are more than a dozen PM candidates in it and their only target is to disturb the Modi Government which has delivered number of welfare schemes for 140 crore Indians.
Chugh said it’s a fractured group, both, ideologically and politically. But they are all opportunistic who are aiming at petty political gains. They are day dreaming to come to power as Modi Government has earned laurels on international level as much as within the country for its visionary and progressive policies, he added.
He said the group will soon fall under its own weight as it has no developmental agenda for nation and welfare programmes for its people.
The entire opposition is rattled by it and are giving a panic reaction, he said, adding the Mumbai meet is also an expression of panic in the opposition and they will never succeed in their designs.
He said Narendra Modi is first Prime Minister who in real sense worked for poor and backward people of this country. There can be no match to him as many schemes and pro poor policies were launched by him during last over nine years of his rule.
Chug said the situation in J&K has completely changed especially after the annulling of Article 370 under the grab of which successive governments in J&K had looted the resources of the erstwhile State by giving extra ordinary benefits to their dynasties. Now common man of J&K is getting justice and reaping the fruit of democracy of which he was deprived during last 65 years by the dynastic parties. Modi Government has changed the total scenario in J&K as the UT is fast on the path of development which is evident from the developmental projects under construction in the UT.
He said Modi Government deserves credit of taking democracy to grass root level in J&K after holding elections to Panchayats, BDCs and DDCs which the Congress and National Conference had totally ignored as these parties wanted centralisation of power depriving common masses to reap the fruits of democracy.
