JAMMU, Mar 20: Blaming opposition for not overcoming the main problems of J&K for decades, former Minister and Ex MLA, Jammu West, Sat Sharma (CA) lambasted NC, PDP and Congress for misleading people about major issues including Article 370, exodus of Kashmiri Pandits, unemployment and many other things.
Sharma said this while addressing a public meeting at Christian Colony area of Ward 27 in here ,today where more than 100 locals including a large number of youth joined BJP.
District president, Munish Khajuria, Mandal president, Keshav Chopra, District general secretaries Karan Sharma and Rajesh Gupta and other leaders addressed the gathering. The programme was organized by  Shahzad Matoo and Daniel, both social activists who also joined BJP along with their supporters in the presence of former Minister.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that if they (Opposition) wanted they could have developed J&K long back but they lacked vision as instead of empowering the people at grass root level they were more interested in the empowerment of their dynasties. The only thing they were interested in was looting the public exchequer and filling their own coffers.
Sat said before Article 370 Abrogation there were communities in the UT who were confined to do only one job to earn their living but now they and their generations can do anything they want and all that has happened due to the commitment of PM Narendra Modi to work for the betterment of people of J&K.
Sat said BJP is the only political party working 24×7 to serve the public and the target of the party is not to secure power but to serve people,  he said. He also highlighted the major works done by the BJP led Central Government and stated that there is a vast difference between then and now.
Munish Khajuria asked the new entrants to work for strengthening the organization at grass root level. He said that with the growing popularity of BJP, opposition has become helpless and with no issues left, they are now involved in blame games which is very dangerous for the cordial atmosphere that has been built by BJP all around the country.
