KATHUA, Jan 2: BJP spokesperson, Advocate Sunil Sethi today said that his party is going to create mass awareness among people about CAA and party workers will make a contact with people and clear the misconception created by the opposition parties about CAA among them.
Talking to media persons here, today he said that the CAA is not against any citizen of India whether he belongs to any caste creed or colour. He said that the Act will give the citizenship in our country not to withdraw the citizenship. He alleged that some vested interest parties are trying to divide the society on the name of religion. On the house arrest of Congress leader, he said that it is better to arrest a person to maintain the peace.
He said that the Internet Service also be restored after restoration of normalcy in the UT. He complimented the people of J&K to maintain peace and patience on the issue of CAA as in some states some people protest and resort to violence as they were provoked by opposition parties .He was accompanied by Ex Minister, Rajiv Jasrotia, Ex MLA, Som Nath, BJP district president, Prem Nath Dogra, BJP leader, Rashpal Verma.
