JAMMU, Sept 2: The owner, whose under construction building collapsed yesterday in Janipur surrendered before the police.
He has been identified as Vishal Sharma, son of Parshotam Dass Sharma, a resident of Roop Nagar District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 96/2022 under sections 336 and 427 IPC stands registered against him at Police Station Janipur. However, he was bailed out later.
It is pertinent to mention here that yesterday evening an under construction building collapsed in Janipur area. However no injury or casualty has been reported in the incident.
Further investigation is going on.
