Package employees continue protest

JAMMU, May 29: The PM package employees have decided to continue their protest till their demand of relocation is addressed by the Government.
A spokesman of the employees said that they are on protest for last 16 days and it will continue till next meeting is held with Lt Governor, Manoj Sinha to find an everlasting solution to their problem.
Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir National United Front (JKNUF) spokesperson, Rakesh Handoo while expressing total solidarity with the package employees and other minorities in the Valley has fully endorsed their demand of relocation outside the Valley till total normalcy is established in Kashmir and displaced Pandits are settled in valley as per their geo-political aspirations.
In a statement issued here, today Handoo said entire community whether in India or abroad is fully supporting the demand of the hapless package employees and other Hindu employees working in Valley following the selective killings and failure of Government in ensuring their security. He said the Government should without any delay accept the demand of these employees who are totally scared and are worried for their as well as the security of their children.
