JAMMU, Apr 12: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) East Branch here today organised its general house meeting in which new office bearers were unanimously re-elected.
The function started with lighting of ceremonial lamp followed by Vande Matram.
Gopal Sharma, regional secretary (Sanskar) North-1 and Amita Sharma Regional Secretary Mahila and Bal Vikas North-1 were election observers for smooth conducting of the election proceedings.
Ved Prakash Padha was re-elected as president and Nandni Shukla, secretary.
Rajinder Sharma presented financial report.
On this occasion Jyotsna Sharma, Indu Puri, Koushal, Hirnaya Sharma, Madhvi Verma and others were also present.
The programme ended with national anthem.
