PAGD responsible for unrest of Kashmir: NAUP

JAMMU, Nov 9: National Awami United Party (NAUP) national president, Sandeep Singh has flayed People’s Alliance of Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) and claimed that politicians of Kashmir under PAGD banner are fully responsible for unrest in Kashmir.
He also said that these politicians don’t want growth and development of J&K.
Speaking in a meeting Singh stated that after reorganization of erstwhile J&K State general public is hoping employment, growth and development but PAGD leaders have vested interests and are provoking common man for their personal political benefits.
He said, the PAGD leaders had already enjoyed political powers in erstwhile J&K State for decades and did nothing for unemployed youth, women and common public.
The NAUP leader also said that power hungry leaders of PAGD weakened J&K economically.
He urged upon the Union Home Minister to take strong actions against all such politicians against whom cases of corruption are pending but no action has been taken so far.
Prominent NAUP leader present in the meeting were Rakesh Singh, Shikha Bandral Thakur and others.
