Pak prisoners shifted to Jaipur, Jodhpur jails

JAIPUR, May 7:Alarmed by a couple of incidents of attack on Pakistan prisoners in jails in the country, by Indian prisoners, the jail authorities in Rajasthan have shifted Pak nationals from different jails of the state to Central Jail, Jodhpur and here.
According to official sources today, around 25 Pakistani prisoners, including some terrorists and infiltrators, were lodged in different jails, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner,Bharatpur and Ganganagar jails.
Most of them have now been transferred to Jaipur and Jodhpur Central Jails by yesterday where special security arrangements are made for these prisoners, the sources said.
Jodhpur Central Jail that is considered to be the second safest prison in the country, now have 16 such prisoners while 9 are lodged in the Central Jail here, they said. (UNI)
