Pak violates ceasefire

JAMMU, Mar 17: Pakistani forces violated ceasefire in Sunderbani and Khour sectors by resorting to unprovoked firing along the Line of Control (LoC) this evening.
Mortar shelling and firing from small arms from across the LoC started in Sunderbani and Khour sector around 6.30 pm, prompting effective retaliation by the Indian Army, official said.
He said there was no report of any casualty on the Indian side in the firing, which continued for about one and a half hour.
A cattle owned by Ramesh Lal was injured in the shelling in Jogwan area of Khour sector.
There was no civilian casualty in Pakistan army’s shelling and firing.
